Shipping and Delivery
We make reasonable efforts to get your order to you as soon as possible after payment is received. However, delays can occasionally occur based on order volume, customization, availability of parts and components, or other factors.
We will provide estimated shipping dates for your order. But please note these dates are estimates only and may change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will not be liable for any delays in shipping beyond the estimated dates.
Xsilence® ships Products domestically within the United States and to select international locations. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses. The cost of shipping will be clearly displayed during checkout based on your address.
You assume all risk of loss or damage for Products once they are delivered by us to the carrier. We will assist you in filing claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments, but will not be liable for any such damage or loss.
Returns and Refunds
Xsilence® wants you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. We will accept returns or exchanges on most Products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, subject to the exceptions below.
To be eligible for a return, Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and components. We cannot accept returns on installed, used, damaged or defective Products. Custom and special order Products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, please contact us through your account or at [email protected]. We will provide instructions on how to properly pack and ship Products to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective Product.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 3-5 business days. We will refund your payment method or account used to make the original purchase.
Product Warranties
Xsilence® stands behind the quality of our Products and parts. Most Products include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty coverage varies by Product; please check individual Product descriptions for warranty terms.
If you discover a defect with your Product during the warranty term, contact us promptly with a description of the problem and proof of purchase. If we confirm a defect, we will repair or replace the Product at our discretion. We may request that you return defective Products to us for inspection at our cost.
Warranties do not cover normal wear-and-tear or damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, accident or modification of the Product. Warranty terms only apply to original purchasers and are non-transferable.
